Inclusive and Diverse Communities Incorporated (IDC) leads the Support Services website with the support of The Southwest Sydney (SWS) Ageing Forum, a collaboration between IDC, The City of Canterbury-Bankstown Council, Liverpool City Council, Fairfield City Council, Macarthur Disability Services & Leigh Place Aged Care.

A secular non-profit independent community based and managed organisation, IDC works to support, resource, and advocate for the diverse communities in Southwest Sydney to bring about positive social change and improve the lives of the most vulnerable.

The SWS Ageing forum provides an opportunity for the aged care sector as well as community organisations and government agencies, to share information, resources and debate current issues related to best practice in service delivery. For more information, please contact ssdo@tmn.net.au
