Ten Tables Kitchen is a local family-run HACCP-certified business based in Marrickville, with over 20 years of experience creating nutritious, chef-prepared, snap-frozen meals. We offer premium home-style ready-made meals and desserts to those who need it most, including HCP and NDIS participants, across the Metropolitan Sydney area.
We established Ten Tables Kitchen to make mealtimes easier and more enjoyable for people in our community who want meals that taste like home and need a little extra support. Our thoughtfully crafted menu includes flavoursome meals, soups, sides and desserts that have been prepared fresh with high-quality ingredients, using traditional methods just as you would at home.
All of our meals are nutritionally reviewed, with a selection of heart-friendly, gluten-free, dairy-free and low salt options.
We are committed to making nutritious, comforting, accessible food that promotes and supports independence and wellbeing.

Since its foundation in 1974, ACCA has been providing community services such as aged home care, aged day care, dementia service, interest classes and Chinese language classes as well as organising various cultural and Chinese festival events throughout the year.
Since its establishment more than 13,000 individuals have joined ACCA as members. ACCA receives government grants for specific programs that are of benefit to the community. But it is also dependent on fundraising activities to maintain the level and quality of services needed to carry out its activities. So far, with the generosity and support of corporate sponsors, donors, members, and the public, ACCA has been successful in the delivery of its services.
ACCA operates under the joint patronage of Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales and Mr Dennis Wilson.

Bankstown Meals on Wheels – Supporting Independence Since 1966
Bankstown Meals on Wheels began in 1966 with just 16 clients. Today, we deliver around 36,000 meals annually to residents who are permanently or temporarily unable to prepare meals and have no other suitable assistance. Our community Restaurant is back! Join us for lunch. Clients are required to have My Aged Care number and a Referral Code.

How it works:
We deliver hot or chilled lunches Monday to Friday, including a main meal, dessert, and juice. Special diets are available. Frozen meals (for self-heating) are delivered weekly. Meals are delivered by volunteers between 11.30am–1pm (daily) or 10am–12pm (weekly for frozen).
Fees apply. Eligibility is assessed by Council’s Food Services Team Leader.
Camden Meals on Wheels provides meal, transport and individual social support services to the 65+ community members across the Camden LGA receiving a Government funded Commonwealth Home Support Package (CHSP) and on the Support At Home (SAH) program. As our logo states, we are “More than just a Meal”, with all meal deliveries having a dual purpose of a welfare check. All our services are delivered by our team of dedicated volunteers.
Our menu offers a diverse range of meals to cater for most dietary needs. Meals come in main and mini sizes, as well as soups and desserts. Meals can be delivered hot or frozen, and there is no minimum order or locked in contract obligations. The cost of the meals include delivery.
Our transport services assist people in getting to appointments, to do their grocery shopping, get to the post office, pharmacy and other services. Transport can be arranged within the Camden LGA, Campbelltown LGA and Liverpool LGA.
Individual Social Support services enable people to attend essential health and lifestyle appointments, accompanied. The difference between our transport services and individual support services is that the volunteer will accompany the person during this time through social companionship.

The Stroke Recovery Association NSW aims to maximise the recovery of individuals who have experienced a Stroke and reduce the impact on their family/ carers and the community. The Association is a focal point for information about Stroke recovery and prevention.
The Association was established in 1977 and since then has played a major role in the recovery and support of many Stroke survivors, assisting in the development of policy and best practices. It has also assisted in establishing some 42 Stroke recovery Clubs/ Groups, 4 Stroke Choirs and offers a range of Online Stroke Support groups to survivors and carers throughout NSW.
