Inclusive and Diverse Communities Incorporated (IDC) is a secular non for profit, independent community based and managed organisation and works to support, resource, advocate and build the capacity of the diverse communities in South West Sydney to bring about positive social change and improve the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged communities.
IDC leads the Support Services website in collaboration with The South West Sydney (SWS) Ageing Forum Executive, a collaboration between IDC, The City of Canterbury-Bankstown Council, Liverpool City Council, Fairfield City Council, Macarthur Disability Services & Leigh Place Aged Care.
The SWS Ageing forum provides an opportunity for the CHSP, aged care sector and community organisations and government agencies, to share information, resources and debate current issues related to best practice in service delivery.
