If you would like to lodge a complaint, please email with your grievance. Your complaint will be carefully considered and we are committed to finding a satisfactory solution to it. If you are unhappy with the result, your complaint will be then taken to TMN’s Executive Officer and Management Committee for further consideration and assessment. TMN is committed to a fair, well considerate, inclusive and unbiased outcome to your complaint.
