If you would like to lodge a complaint, please email ssdo@tmn.net.au with your grievance and we will be committed to finding a satisfactory solution. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, your complaint will be escalated to IDC’s Executive Officer and Management Committee for further investigation. IDC is committed to a fair, well considerate, inclusive and unbiased outcome to your complaint.
