Please be advised there will be maintenance occurring on the My Aged Care system this weekend.

To support this maintenance, there will be a scheduled outage from 9:00AM until 5:30PM, Sunday 21 February 2021 (AEDT) and the following services will be unavailable:

·         Assessor Portal (Assessors and Delegates)

·         Provider Portal (Service Providers and Support Staff)

·         myAssessor App (Assessors)

·         Client Portal

·         My Aged Care Website

·         My Aged Care Web Inbound referral form, Contact us form and Non-compliance Checker

·         Carer Website (Request Call-back, Request a publication and Feedback)

Action Required:
Please ensure that all users are logged off before 9am.

Please note the Aged Care service provider and assessor helpline will remain open for normal operating hours on Saturday (10am to 2pm in your state). If you require support, please contact the helpline on 1800 836 799 during these times.
